- Climbing Bines - Climbing Bines Hop Farm and Craft Ale Company is located between Geneva and Watkins Glen on the west side of Seneca Lake. It is one of New York's first farm breweries. The hopyard consists of a mix of aroma and high alpha hops. Offerings of premium freshly harvested wet and dried whole leaf hops. - Two Goats Brewing is located in Burdett, NY, and is a small town pub on Seneca Lake that was renovated from a 19th century barn.
