• Rasta Ranch Vineyards  - Situated on the southeast side of Seneca lake, these facilities are always a popular stop for wine tours.  The establishment is a small family run winery that has been making "wines for good times" for 25 years.   Come and enjoy our facilities today!

• Ravines Wine Cellars  - Ravines Wine Cellars rests on a hillside overlooking glacier-carved Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes wine region of New York State. • Rock Stream Vineyards  - Rock Stream Vineyards is an estate winery owned and operated by Dr. Mark Karasz.  Mark is a West Point graduate and a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with a PhD in chemistry.  A three-year tour in Italy inspired him to make wine and Grappa.  After returning from Italy, he founded Rock Stream Vineyards and began growing his own grapes and making wine, brandy, Grappa and ports.  The tasting room on Route 14 and Fir Tree Point Road has been open since July 2005 and is now Seneca Lake’s only winery that is also a licensed Grappa and Grape Brandy distillery.  The vineyard has 40 acres of vines producing over 200 tons of grapes annually to make premium, hand-crafted wines.  Rock Stream also features three beers made with Mark's recipes at Cortland Beer Company.  Come by and visit all year round and enjoy "The Wine of Your Life.

• J.R. • Fox Run Vineyards  - Fox Run Vineyards breaks down the barriers to the wine experience. We offer in-depth tours of the vineyard and winemaking facility, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a Café that features a fully house-made menu with produce from our garden. Tabora Farm & Winery - Tabora Farm & Winery - Located in Dundee, NY, this establishment houses a farm market that includes a Deli, Bakery, and Tabora wines (various Reds, White & Blush).  The Wine Tasting Room will be opened in early 2020.  Stop by and enjoy the facility while touring the Seneca Wine Trail and beautiful Finger Lakes region.

Prejean Winery - At  Prejean Winery, we honor the tradition of winemaking that has been  handed down for almost a thousand years. Prejean Winery grows grape  varieties that originated in Europe; such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon,  Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay. Our  Gewurztraminer, planted in 1979, is a mouthful in more ways than one. It  is grown in the Alsace region of France. Riesling, also grown in  France, but known predominately in Germany, is now the Finger Lakes’  signature grape variety. Our Dry Riesling has just won Double Gold  Winner in the 2019 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
